grilled beef teriyaki recipe

Yesterday, I shared a delicious Lo Mein recipe that is super easy and definitely worth making, and today, I want to share this grilled beef teriyaki recipe that we ate with the Lo Mein. My husband is a huge meat lover, so I wanted to make something that he would enjoy but that was also really easy to make. This definitely fit the bill and was the winner of the dinner table.

My girls each ate several skewers worth of the meat, and my husband told me that this is a “make again-er” which is our code for “totally delicious and I would eat it again without a fight.” It’s a technical system. Ha! Just kidding. That is literally the whole system. If it is a “make again-er”, I try to work it into our regular meal schedule since it was such a hit.

The beef teriyaki paired perfectly with the Lo Mein noodles and made for a delicious and filling meal. The only thing I would change for next time would be that I would have fortune cookies to pass out to my family after we finish eating! Ha! I actually went looking for them, but I should have looked for them sooner since everyone was sold out for the Chinese New Year. I guess I will know better for next time! (Or I can just go run over to a local Chinese restaurant and try to get some there.) 🙂
