Berry Fools Dessert

Berry Fools is one of those desserts that is delicious without havingĀ a heavy and super rich taste. It uses basic ingredients together to make an amazing treat that is perfect for any night, but particularly Valentine’s Day. You can have a romantic dinner and still have room for this at the end of the night.

I love it when a treat looks as beautiful as it tastes, and these definitely fit the bill. The berries and creamy whipped cream are a perfect pair, and the nila wafers add just the right amount of crunch. When I make these again, I will definitely be adding a swirl of Nila Wafers in the cream.

My sister and I made these together and it was so quick and easy to do. It probably only took us 10 minutes to put them together, and I am guessing that we had enough cream to make at least 6. You can put the dessert in any kind of dish or cup, but I personally loved these mini trifle dishes. They are from Walmart and are less than $2 each! What a deal for making such a pretty dessert.

You need this in your belly. Immediately. Maybe you should make a trial dessert tonight, and then you’ll know exactly what is in store for Valentine’s Day.
